The Taliesin education provides the foundations for creative, cooperative, and independent persons in architecture through active experiential learning. The Admissions Team evaluates the Applicant's aptitude for the study of architecture, as well as creative ability and potential. Assessment and evaluation of each application by the Admissions Team is made upon the basis of the complete application. It is the Applicant's responsibility to ensure that the application is sufficiently documented to illustrate academic achievement, work experience, and creative potential. The Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture accepts students on a rolling basis; there is no application deadline. However, Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications between January and July for consideration for Fall admission. Applications may be submitted prior to completion of prerequisite coursework and/or graduation from their high school or university. Prospective applicants are encouraged to visit either of our campuses, Taliesin West in Scottsdale, Arizona (year round), or Spring Green, Wisconsin (May-October). A meeting with a School representative can often be arranged with advance request. For questions, contact: Office of Admissions

Students from outside the United States have always been welcome as a key participants in the intellectual and cultural life at Taliesin. All newly accepted international students are required by the U.S. of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to submit proof of ability to fund their full term of attendance prior to issuance of I-20 forms. Persons entering the program should plan on a minimum of three years of attendance, although enrollment may be less based on academic progress. International
students may request financial aid after their first year of
attendance by providing documentation of need and merit.
Students graduating from the School's BAS degree program wishing to enter the M.Arch program must signify their intention to apply for admission within three months of their BAS graduation date. Evaluation for admission into the M.Arch program is made on a comparative basis; the School reserves the right to deny admission into the M.Arch program to students who may nominally meet the entry requirements.
